Built in a real shop. Proven every day.
Pro Performance Automotive has been fixing cars in Connecticut since 2018. Like a lot of shops, we spent too much of the day juggling separate tools and chasing paperwork, and not enough time doing what we do best.
So we built Pro-Performance.AI for ourselves. Every screen was shaped at our own front counter and in our own bays, and we still run the shop on it every day. When something slows our team down, we fix it, and every shop on Pro-Performance.AI gets the improvement.

What is AutoShop Pro?
AutoShop Pro by Pro-Performance.AI is shop management software built inside a working repair shop. Repair orders, estimates, invoices, customers, vehicles, parts, appointments and inspections all live in one connected system, so your team spends less time on paperwork and more time in the bay.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no setup fees. Choose your plan when you sign up. When the trial ends, your plan continues at its monthly or yearly price.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Basic includes 2 user logins, and Shop and Pro include 6, owner included. Each person gets a role: owners see everything, service writers run the front counter, and technicians see only the jobs assigned to them.
Who can see pricing?
Owners and service writers. Technicians see the work, not the prices, so they can stay focused on the job.
Can I bring over my existing customers and vehicles?
Yes. Reach out before you start, and we'll walk you through getting your customers and vehicles set up.
Does it work on tablets and phones?
Yes. AutoShop Pro runs in your web browser on computers, tablets and phones, with nothing to install. Technicians can clock in, start jobs and add notes right from the bay.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time, with no long-term contract. Email us and we'll switch your plan or cancel your subscription. Your data stays with you when you change plans.
Is my shop's information private?
Yes. Each shop's information is kept separate, and only the people you add to your account can sign in and see it.
How do I get help?
